Summary:

The Inorganic Thermal Insulation Board Series Products are a new type of refractory insulation material made of pure inorganic materials and processed by large-scale automatic continuous production lines. The operating temperature ranges from 900 ℃ to 1300 ℃, and it can be used as a backing for various industrial kilns, effectively solving the insulation problem of kilns. The bulk density can be processed and produced from 0.35~0.6g/cm3. At 350 ℃, the thermal conductivity is controlled within the range of 0.11-0.13W/(m.K), the strength can be controlled within the range of 1-2MPa, and the maximum size can be processed by 1 meter * 2 meters.

Product features:

  • 1.Low thermal conductivity, more energy-efficient. The composition structure is composed of nano micro pores, which gives the product good thermal insulation performance;
  • 2.After heating, there is no shrinkage and small gaps. Within the specified operating temperature, the heating permanent line change rate is ≤ 0.5%, and it does not shrink even after long-term use. Ordinary insulation board, with a heating permanent line change rate of 2% -3%, and a shrinkage of more than 4 times;
  • 3.Completely free of fibers and organic matter, suitable for long-term use under various working conditions, without pulverization or attenuation;
  • 4.High strength and wide range of applications. It has good room temperature compressive strength. Compared with ordinary insulation boards, the room temperature compressive strength can reach more than three times, and it also has good strength after firing. Long term use at high temperatures provides greater security and a wider range of applications;
  • 5.No stimulation to the human body, no pollution to the environment, convenient, healthy, and environmentally friendly;
